In with the…I don’t like the new steam skin very much. I found a rather good user skin here. It’s got a few minor issues here and there but I prefer it to the default one.

Also, when I started this site I thought of it as a newsblog, expecting multiple people to work on it and add content, but it seems that didn’t work out very well. What I’m wondering is, would you, the user, prefer if I talked more about related stuff I’m interested at the moment, or would you prefer I kept blogging on about the Valvesphere, as I was doing up to this point?

Here’s a couple of mods hot off the presses.

First of all it’s an animated sandman ball skin. Four variants of a skin that glows in the dark. Makes it easier to see it in the dark for added functionality! Here’s a couple of preview shots. Note the looping isn’t flawless here due to gif limitations.

Next up is a smoker soundpack featuring Bill Cosby, pasted together by MAMA LUIGI. I can’t really explain this one though words or pictures, so go ahead and download the pack. Every smoker related audio clip is replaced, so it ends up pretty nice.

The Johnny Bravo soundpack has only been circulating through the tubes for a few days, and already someone has made a Johnny Bravo tank skin for it. For the record, this is the first time I’ve seen someone make a mod for one of my mods.

If you haven’t already gotten the pack and the music in my first preview video was too loud, you can hear the tank soundfiles a lot better in Thunder’s video. That is, when guns aren’t being fired. In any case, the skin is up on FPSBanana.
