Interesting thing about Portal 2, it’s tons of fun, coop even more so, but only so the first time. It kind of loses it’s suprise thereafter. The good thing is Valve likes to update their games for free, unlike other companies. Let’s just hope it doesn’t turn out like L4D2.
Other than that, two games I got recently were Brink and Terraria. While Brink was hyped quite a lot, it turned out that several things that the devs have talked about weren’t true at all. Not to mention the amount of tech issues people were having at launch was amazing. Meanwhile Terraria costs four times less, and you could call it a 2d Minecraft ripoff. But it’s fun as hell, and comes with a lot of things that Minecraft should’ve had. I ended up spending a lot more time playing it, while Brink turned out to be not as interesting. Am I the only one that thinks that multiplatform games usually turn out kind of bad on the PC?
Also, no Saxxy vid from me. I had an idea which might come to life later on, but the submission process Valve put in looks kind of awkward. Yeah, I haven’t tried it yet, but damned if I wouldn’t rather screw around with the oldschool console commands!
