Not much to comment here. The runner-up entries have been posted, and there’s a rumor going around that a couple of entries weren’t exactly created by the submitters.
EDIT: Yeah, not much of a rumor, as the comments say. TF2’s also been updated to work with the steamcloud, but other than that, the patch doesn’t offer any new gameplay changes.

Not really a rumor as much as it is ‘there is proof that content was stolen’. This submission(http://www.teamfortress.com/images/posts/runners-up/adorable_soldier_2.jpg) was stolen from here (http://www.flickr.com/photos/anianiani/3023138662/) and the artist who made it complained on their Twitter (http://twitter.com/robani/status/8580122012).
