Well, besides the fact that the pack got removed from FPSBanana, I updated the TourettesTank so that you should not hear any screeching due to mismatched file lengths, and now the tank should cycle through all his voice files properly. But, if you have no idea what I’m talking about, or want to download the pack, hit the jump.
Get it from here!
Any other updates to the pack will be posted here. Install instructions are present in the readme.txt file. If you spot something wrong with the pack, please let me know about it.

Hey you inspired me to make a soundpack for the smoker based off of Chris Hansen soundbytes. If you’re interested, I sent you a link to download it to your youtube account.

Hi there. I think this sound pack is fantastic. Great job and you had me in tears listening to this. I’m looking to add my own sounds to the game myself and am having extreme difficulty doing so. I know nothing about modding PC games. Every time I try and replace the NPC infected sounds with my own, it sounds like they’re speaking in super fast forward mode. It turns out I need to fix the bitrate sample and all that good stuff but no matter what I do nothing works. Could you please lend a guiding hand to me? I’m getting really frustrated here and could use some help. Thanks. You can always comment back here on this page as I’ve faved it so I can come back to it and see if you respond. Thanks again.

The default wave files under my Player>Tank>Voice folder are labeled as hulk_ and the soundpack wave files are labeled as Tank_. Is this the reason why it won’t work?
