Odd, I've put a a lot of play time in and have yet to run into any that is truly noticeable, even on servers with less then full ping bars, I rarely realize I have a lower ping until I check. However I have heard complaints from a few other players, while I was shrugging saying, "don't know what to tell ya bro, seems fine on my end." New ISP maybe? Lag? There's only a dozen people in my group and once you're in the game other friends outside the community can join you by following through buddy. After seeing the TF2 Mass AI video, I felt I should offer you something as a "thanks" for an excellent bit of work.
